is a waste water purification system directly connected and integrated to the production cycle with diagnostic instrumentation.

 



Each model has a painted steel body and is made up of 1 basic module, identical for all sizes but modular in the number of filter modules

 

 

The control module A and a filtering module B. The system can therefore be considered modular on the basis of specific needs.

 

All sizes are complete with double circuit, by-pass line and containment tank under the base in emergency to ensure maximum and total reliability in case of failure or damage due to improper use.

 

The machine includes an emulsion phase, a UV disinfection phase, a filtering phase and a finishing phase of the effluent, consisting of the passage through an ultraviolet lamp to reduce any residual charge. In the event of a malfunction, the system automatically goes into bypass, sending the wastewater to the collection system in use at the Laboratory.

 

 

The machine has an internal modem system equipped with an M2M data transmission card.

The application of the remote control system allows:
 
  • Immediate check of the status of the machine
  • Alarm signaling (about 30 types)
  • Remote intervention for modification of operating parameters
  • Real time signal reception

The system thus applied allows, therefore, updates and reparameterization of the system remotely.

 

The management software also allows you to record, store and archive the operating parameters over time with consequent pre-management / prediction of any malfunctions. The main alarms are also visible on the control module A screen. The operator is therefore able to monitor the instrumental status in real time. The optical and acoustic system will allow the operator to notice that the system is in alarm even if it is not near it.

The installation operation is extremely quick, by means of flexible pipes with quick couplings, it can be easily connected to the machines and to the local unloading point. All the electrical / electronic components will be assembled and acquired with CE certification by leading manufacturers.

 

 

 

OPERATION OF THE TREATMENT CYCLE

 

  • The treatment cycle is guaranteed by a first collection section called mixing complete with pump and UV sterilizer

 

  • A second section by means of suitable filters controlled on the hours of operation and / or pressure losses ensures the treatment of effluents from clinical chemistry analyzers for discharge into the sewer

 

  • A third section resumes UV sterilization and PH correction and then unloading

 

 

The cycle is controlled by a suitable detection system which, by means of a microprocessor, signals any failures, automatically sets the second line calling up the need to the service.

Times of use and volumes are monitored to intervene if they do not fall within the standard service times.
